Welcoming My Peace (As we return to our seats.)  Rev. Christine Dickerson
Creator of all, your grace is magnificent beyond knowing. We would walk blindly through life, lost in darkness, but you give us hope. When we stumble we could not rise but for you; your hand is always there to raise us up. In our rush of days we often cause harm to others, or stray from your path for us. We forget we are meant to help others as you help us, to be a source of joy and renewal. Forgive us, God, when we are lazy in our faith. Help us to be active in Christ’s name, so all might know the gladness of our hearts and the generosity of the Spirit. We ask in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Life of the Church Special Music  Elder Nancy Spencer
Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen.

Passing of the Peace All Glory, Laud and Honor  Congregation
God, source of all light, by your Word you give light to the soul. Pour out upon us the spirit of wisdom and understanding, that, through the Scriptures, our hearts and minds may be opened to know your will in our lives. Amen.
