Welcoming | My Peace (As we return to our seats.) | Rev. Christine Dickerson |
God, Creator of all, you have told us of your desire for us, and it is good: To receive and give love, to help others, to be present for those in need. We reap the reward of your grace, and our hearts can be at peace knowing your promise is true. Our greatest desire is that all may know your name, and yet we hesitate to share our faith. We are afraid of rejection, or judgment, or not fitting in. Forgive your children, and fill us with the confidence of the beloved! Our greatest prayer is that we remember our call, celebrate the truth of the Gospel, and know that while we are many we are one in you. We come before you in Jesus' name, Amen. |

Life of the Church | Special Music | Elder Dick Schultz |
There is no sin so terrible that God cannot forgive There is no hurt so terrible that God cannot heal In Jesus Christ, God has forgiven us and set us free! |

Passing of the Peace | For the Beauty of the Earth | Congregation |
Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen. |

Prelude | Gloria Patri | Praise Band |
O God, light of the minds that know you, life of the souls that love you, strength of the thoughts that seek you, help us to know you so that we may truly love you and truly serve you, through Jesus Christ, our Lord. |
